It’s about relationships – Human Momentum CIC visit

Great conversations, shared values and exciting possibilities.
Last week we welcomed Rachel Setter Ashley Bookman from Human Momentum CIC, and Tanisha Vadgama to Phoenix Bay.

We spent time talking about something close to our hearts – the power of relationships, and how changing the way we think can genuinely change lives.

A big part of the conversation was around paradigms.
How our experiences shape our beliefs, our behaviours, our responses. And how understanding that can help us better support children, young people and families.

We also talked about repair.

Because relationships aren’t about getting everything right all the time. They’re about connection, rebuilding trust, and recognising that some of the most powerful learning happens when we work through the difficult moments together.

Ashley’s work through Human Momentum CIC brings a really interesting approach – supporting mental health and emotional wellbeing through paradigm-centred coaching and meaningful experiences.

There was a lot of common ground.
– Around empowering young people.
– Building relationships.
– Creating change that actually lasts.

One of our favourite things about Phoenix Bay is meeting people who challenge our thinking and share our passion.

We can’t wait to see where these conversations go next.

Thank you Rachel, Ashley and Tanisha – for making the trip and for the conversation. 💜💛
